Mano Negra was the legendary first band of the French singer Manu Chao. Mano Negra (Spanish: "Black Hand") was a French band founded by Manu Chao in 1987. Band members also included his brother Antoine Chao, his cousin Santiago Casariego, Daniel Jamet, Joseph Dahan, Philippe Teboul, Thomas Darnal, Pierre Gauthé, Tomas Arroyos, Jean-Marc Winand as well as Anouk Khélifa. The band attracted attention by combining a variety of different musical styles (including punk rock, ska and Latin)
